Introducing the new Maximus-3 JL Low Mount License Plate Bracket and Frame.  Specifically designed for JL Rubicon steel bumper.  Completely bolt-on and installs in just minutes. Includes handy thumb-screws to easily remove the license plate while off-road.  This is one of three license plate holders.
